Summary

Cyfirx offers a 14-day free trial with full Pro access — no credit card required. This gives you a complete evaluation period before any payment is due. Because of this, we generally do not issue refunds on subscription payments once they have been processed.

Free Trial

All Cyfirx paid plans include a 14-day free trial of the full Pro tier. No credit card is required to start. We encourage you to fully evaluate Cyfirx during the trial period before subscribing.

Subscription Payments

Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual). Because a free trial is available before any charge, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once billed. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year at a discounted rate. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused months on annual plans. You may cancel at any time to prevent renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

  • A technical issue on our end prevents you from using Cyfirx and we cannot resolve it in a reasonable time
  • You were charged more than once for the same subscription period (duplicate charge)
  • Applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require a refund right

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge in question.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at [email protected] with your order ID, the email address used to subscribe, and a brief description of the reason. You can also reach us via the contact page. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Cyfirx subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund of the current billing period. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Payment Processor

Cyfirx payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
